Clipper was the licensee for Kenner in the Netherlands and elsewhere in mainland Europe. Only the first three Series 1 ships were released on a Clipper card, which was also sold in France with a Meccano sticker over the Clipper logo.
Like the Palitoy cards the SW12 Clipper card featured a large Clipper logo instead of Kenner. The assortment number and copyright information appeared on the right of the cardfront and elsewhere Dutch and French replaced the English text of the Kenner SW12 .
